Reiki is a beautifully calming healing modality which returns you back to your centre (your heart space), allowing clarity and inner peace.

When you receive a Reiki treatment, your experience is unique. You will always receive what you need to at that point in time and what you will feel at the very least is completely relaxed. Here are my top 10 benefits to Reiki healing:

1. Reiki brings a harmonious balance between your mind body and soul.

In our busy everyday worlds, it's easy for our mind, body and soul to lose balance or feel off-balance. Reiki reminds our bodies how to shift into the parasympathetic nervous system of rest and digest). This self-healing mode aligns your mind, body and soul and helps activate self-love, self-compassion and self-acceptance.

2. Reiki helps you feel connected.

Receiving Reiki helps you to connect and to feel 'oneness'. To yourself; to Mother Earth (Pachamama); to the Cosmic energy; to the Universe; but also to loved ones present or those who have passed who may deliver messages through the Practitioner. All of this which in turn brings a feeling of comfort to the recipient.

This enables the energy levels to increase to a sustainable level and helps you to feel a difference. After that you can arrange to have treatments weekly or monthly or whenever you feel the need.

When you receive Reiki and you let go of your thought processes, you feel a deep relaxation, which in turn helps you find inner peace. When in a Reiki treatment, you go into a deep meditative trance which helps the body heal from within.
