Are you feeling tired and perhaps a little drained!
The moon is receding, withdrawing, preparing for a new moon - do you feel it too?
If so, it’s time my friend to give back to yourself, let go and honour yourself.
Often we give so much to others, our work, family, friends, partners, lovers yet leave ourselves to last, the bottom of the list.
So take this time to release any anger, resentment or hurt, to be able to be clear for new intentions with the new moon.
I’d recommend resting and relaxing as much as you can over the weekend; giving back to yourself, honouring yourself. It’s not Self-ish, it’s Self-care.
