Mariee is a Reiki Master and Teacher and hosts regular Reiki attunement workshops, both online and in person.
Everyone has the ability to heal themselves and step onto the path of self-love and acceptance. Universal energy flows through all of us, however at times and through life's challenges, we may experience periods of stress or anxiety that result in the flow of energy not flowing as efficiently.
Reiki is an immensely simple yet powerful healing modality that can remove blockages, open up to a new way of be-ing, restore the flow of energy and balance all aspects of our being (mind, body and spirit). The spirit of Reiki can be challenging as it can support your journey of self- healing which can bring up old and suppressed emotion, thought patterns and behaviours; but it is also so rewarding, leading you into a beautiful journey of exploration and discovery. The energising force can empower you to feel as an emotional being, to respond to situations creatively, bring clarity and balance.
Reiki knows no limits - it reaches to the very cells of our bodies as well as to the cells of
other living things.
Learning Reiki is a great self-healing tool and can be used at any time to assist in your personal healing and self-development journey. Reiki is very simple to learn, but can create big changes in your life. It opens you up to reveal subconscious blocks that keep you from living the life you want and deserve, helps clear your mind and increase your intuition. Reiki is transferred from a teacher to a student by an "attunement" during Reiki training. Once attuned, you can channel Reiki through your hands and bring the Reiki energy to yourself or to others.
REIKI 1
Reiki 1 is your first introduction to Reiki.
In this 1 1/2 day workshop you will learn all about the history and background of Reiki, the 7 Chakra energy system, how to apply Reiki, when to apply Reiki and work with Reiki with hands-on practices.
Reiki 1 is a beautiful introduction to understanding and working with an energy healing modality. You will be attuned during this workshop and be able to apply Reiki to yourself and others.
Reiki can be used for cleansing and energising food and water, crystals, rooms, healing past wounds and ancestral patterns and so much more. It is a great modality to have as it can assist in all areas of your life.
The First Reiki Degree attunement includes a 6 week follow up (2 hours) where we discuss your experiences and any questions that may have arisen since you have been working with Reiki.
REIKI 2
Reiki 2 is your advanced degree in Reiki. You have to have been attuned to Reiki 1 and have been working regularly with the energy for 2/3 months before you can attend this workshop.
In this 1 1/2 day workshop you will learn and practice 3 Reiki symbols to expand the use of skills received in Reiki 1.
Reiki 2 includes the distance symbol which means you can send energy via distance healing (you don't need to be in person with the receiver to channel the energy). With this symbol you can also work with the past, present and future.
The Second Reiki Degree attunement includes a 6 week follow up (2 hours) where we discuss your experiences and any questions that may have arisen since you have been working with Reiki.
REIKI MASTER
You must have completed both Reiki Degrees 1 and 2 before completing your Master training. In this training you will deepen your connection with the Reiki energy and receive your Master symbol. You must have practiced in Level 2 for at. least 4 months before becoming a Master. It is vital that you have worked a lot on yourself.
When you become a Reiki Master you are given all the tools to fully serve from your highest self and be taught how to perform the Heart Attunement on yourself and others.
The Master Reiki Degree Attunement includes a 6 week follow up (2 hours) where we discuss your experiences and any questions that may have arisen since you have been working with Reiki at a Master level.
