1:1 YIN YOGA

We live very busy Yang 'masculine' lives which is why it's important to have balance, which is where Yin Yoga helps.  Long held postures focus on releasing restrictions and increasing blood flow and energy back to a particular area.

1:1 REIKI INFUSED YIN YOGA

As you hold your yin postures, I will be providing hands on / hands off Reiki healing.  This practice gives your body space to heal and the combination of Reiki and yoga helps to restore the mind and release the deepest tension in the body.

1:1 MEDITATION

Meditation is a great tool to bring peace and inner harmony.
It is a practice that 'stills' the mind to help bring an emotionally calm, balanced state of being. If you're new to meditation, a one-to-one will give you a helping hand.
